How a job runs from first enquiry to handover

We survey the property

We visit to look at the roof structure, the existing services and the routes between them. This is where we work out whether the plant can go where you want it, and what the roof build has to carry.

You get the proposal in writing

We set out the system we are proposing, the roof work it involves and how the installation will be sequenced. It comes to you in writing so you can read it through and compare it against anything else you hold.

  • We do not take on roofing work that has nothing to do with a heat, ventilation or plumbing installation.
  • Because the plant has to be designed into the structure, we decline jobs where we are brought in after the roof covering is already finished.
  • We do not touch gas boilers or gas appliance work, as that sits outside what we are set up to do.
  • Where the roof structure cannot carry the plant without structural alterations, we turn the job down rather than work around it.
